$900.00 per week plus 4.5% local tax and 5.5%

Reservations must be confirmed with a $300.00 deposit per week. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund is
granted if cancellation is made at least 45 days before arrival or if the dates reserved can be filled by another guest.
A written confirmation along with a map of our location will be sent when the deposit is received.
Balance due upon arrival.
Guests will be charged for broken or missing items.
